Some of the biggest artists of the '80s got together for this benefit concert at the Fred Kavli Theatre in the Thousand Oaks Civic Arts Plaza. Boys Don't Cry, Terri Nunn & Berlin, Garry Beers from INXS, Fee Waybill from the Tubes, and Roy Hay from Culture Club performed some of their biggest hits. Oringinal MTV VJ, Martha Quinn, DJ Richard Blade, and actress Jane Seymour hosted the event.

Lukas Rossi and Stars Down played a concert in Santa Ana at The Galaxy Theater recently, along with another one of our favorite bands - LA Guns - so of course I had to go! Who could resist? This was the first time I'd heard this particular line up of the band, and I loved the fact that they have two guitars now! Plus Lukas sounded as good as ever - he really is a huge talent!

Anthology on India Street. The acoustic event featured Alanis Morissette, Buckcherry, O.A.R.,
Justin Nozuka, and SafetySuit, and benefitted the San Diego Oceans Foundation. Ryan Star played a

Rock Star Executive Producer, David Goffin was quoted in TVweek recently on the possibility of Led Zeppelin
being the next band to do the show. "I understand Led Zeppelin, or at least Page, Jones and Bonham Jr.,
want to tour—but [Robert] Plant does not want to sing,” he said. “They say they are looking for a lead singer

"I liked working with Dave (Navarro). Even though he's a guitar god - you know this big famous
guitar slinging guy - he, I think put down the tastiest most supportive guitar. With no wanking whatsoever.
Very conservative approach to the song, which just brought a lot out of the song. And he's funny, that guy
is fucking funny. I love hanging out with him, he's a good guy."
